The Dance of Creation (Other view of Big Bang)

"If MJ was alive i would have collaborated my science with his dance to create my own world"

Ancient Indians believe that it is the dance of Lord Shiva that created the world. They believe that Lord Shiva is the creator and destroyer of life. The theory of big bang is portrayed in the form of a statue of Nataraja (a name of Lord Shiva when he dances). According to ancient texts Lord Shiva performs Ananda Tandava, a form of dance in which the universe is created, maintained and dissolved. It is surprising that modern research has assumed a theory for the creation of universe, “Big Bang” somewhere around the 1900’s, but ancient Indians have made their assumption thousands of years ago, that remained unnoticed. Though Nataraja statue is worshipped in many parts of the world, it is mainly known for its origin in Chidambaram temple where it is believed that Lord Shiva actually performed the dance. When observed there is an arch of fire around Lord Shiva which symbolizes creation and the cycle of life. In his upper right hand he has a drum which illustrates time and sound. In fact researchers also presume that first sound of world may be “OM” which Indians used to praise lord Shiva by a phrase “OM NAMA SHIVAYA”. In his upper left hand he has Agni (fire) which are the forces of creation and destruction. There is a cobra in his lower right arm and he shows Abhaya mudra which means one must not fear evil. The lower left arm points towards the foot which means liberation. There is a demon underneath his leg which mean good wins over evil. All these ideas are derived from old ancient texts published around 12th century. Many ancient Tamil scholars have written about this dance and its ideas behind it. There is also another interesting story which I came across while reading an article. Once lord Shiva and goddess Kali decided to see who was best in dance. Lord Shiva performed a lot of steps and goddess Kali repeated those steps exactly with the same expression. Then lord Shiva raised his left leg, dipped kunkumam and placed it on Kali’s forehead. She stood stunned as she cannot place her leg on her husband. That is when Lord Shiva was said to be Nataraja. This statue and paintings of the dance were very famous during the Cholas reign. Apart from this there are also few mesmerizing stories about the Chidambaram temple which is called the Chidambaram Ragasiyam (secret of Chidambaram). After 8 years of research, Western scientists have proved that the Centre point of World’s Magnetic Equator is below the foot of Nataraja statue.  The temple has 9 entrances denoting 9 openings of the body. Temple roof is made up of 21600 gold sheets which denotes the average breaths taken by a person every day. This temple is known as the “Temple of Space”. But I believe there is some secret which we will never come to know. Also in 2004, a 2m statue of Nataraja was gifted by Indian government to CERN, Geneva to celebrate research center’s friendly relationship with India. Thus this marvel is something which connects science and god.

Planets can decide your destiny

"So you mean to tell me that a slight change in the movement of Venus may lead to a breakup with my boyfriend?"

As an Indian I hope so you are well aware of the worship of navagrahas. Our ancestors have developed a concept of nine prime gods to worship who have the power to decide the fate of our lives. These nine gods are based on the concept of the nine planets in our solar system. Well I agree Pluto is no more a planet. But let us not get into that concept. The question here is the telescope was invented only around 1608 but Indians are worshipping these nine deities since ten thousand years ago. Did Indians develop a telescope like object and hide it from the rest of the world? Or did they have space vehicles as mentioned in ancient Indian myths? I referred a lot of research articles and came up with some convincing answers. Before getting into how they did it let us have an overlook of what this concept is. “Nava” means nine and “Graha” means something that moves. According to Hindu mythology there are nine grahas which includes the surya(Sun), chandra(Moon), mangala(Mars), budha(Mercury), guru(Jupiter), shukra(venus), shani(Saturn), rahu and kethu(they are not actual bodies in space but the point of intersection of earth and moon’s orbits). Out of these grahas only seven are gods and the rahu and kethu are considered demons. First coming to the sun and the moon they are clearly visible to our naked eye. In the case of other planets it is just a simple logic. There is no need of any technology to discover these planets because they are sometimes simply visible to our naked eye. Of course nowadays Saturn cannot be seen due to light pollution but it is still one of the brightest objects in the sky. It just requires a steady attention and constant recording to keep track of their motion. Then in the case of rahu and kethu it just requires a little extra attention to calculate the time taken for the intersection of orbits. As you can see they missed out earth because we are together orbiting with it. Neptune and Uranus were left because they are not visible without the aid of a telescope. How is all this related with a man’s life? That is where the concept of astrology peeps inside. These grahas are worshipped for good luck and to save people from pre-written catastrophe that is supposed to occur. Depending on the position of these planets on the time of a man’s birth astrologers derive a life chart of that person. His entire life events is then predicted according to the movement of the planets in advance. If the positions are not favorable astrologers suggest some remedial rituals to the person. There are even some temples which have these grahas as their main deities. People visit them and worship these grahas for good fortunes. There was even a hoax that satellites slow down when they cross the Saniswaran temple in Thirunallar which is one of famous temples for Saturn worpship. So as you know zodiac signs are also one of the components of astrology. Not only Indians but also Greek had their own concepts based on planets. Though there may be many scientific proofs nowadays claiming myths to be wrong we should not forget that astrology is a marvelous exploration that our ancestors have left us. In many cases it had been proved to be true. But remember that it is not exact it is just approximate.

Did aliens help us building our world?

"So you are telling me I am worshiping an alien?"

Who is god? Is he an alien? Well this is something cool which I heard and would like to share it with you. Well some researchers are trying to make a fact that the almighty lord Shiva is an alien who came to earth centuries ago from a different planet. The following are the information related to who is God? According to Hindu mythology Brahma is the creator, Vishnu is the protector and the destroying part of god is Shiva. Shiva is the only god who is believed to have a third eye which when opened destroys anything in front of it with fire. As mentioned in Mahabharata the ancients gods used some flying machines called “vimanas” which is now called spaceships in modern world. Did Vyasa (author of Mahabharata) know the concept of spaceships which is something complex even now?  It is commonly known that Mount Kailash is the home for Lord Shiva and his family resides somewhere there. The Ellora caves in Mt.Kailash is still a mystery like where those lead to, what is inside those caves, why government prohibited those areas. These caves and temples were carved out of a single stone by removing 4000 tons of stones in 18 years. It is still a miracle that how this could be possible without any technology. A British man named Cavilur Loui claimed to media that he was taken through those caves and he found 7 shadowed humans seated on floating chairs. He explained that those chairs were powered by some kind of galvanized batteries. One more fact is that Shiva lingam, a form of lord Shiva worshipped in many temples all over India. If closely observed it resembles the basic structure of nuclear plant. But the most amazing thing is that Shiva lingam is worshipped over 2000 years in India. Swami Vivekananda described lingam as energy creating and destroying unit. How the ancients created such a structure and worshipped it for so long years? Dr. Varam R Koktanur studied the writings of a famous saint Agasthiyar (he was believed to be directly blessed by lord Shiva) and found the process of producing a dry electric battery. How did the sage know this process even before electricity was invented? Some archaeologists claim that Mt. Kailash could be a man built structure. If that is true how it would have been possible without any modern equipment? If all the above assumptions, whether Lord Shiva is an extraterrestrial is assumed to be true, then what happened to him? I think some questions are beautiful when they are not answered….

Somebody already knows your secrets

"Can somebody guess my Facebook password using my thumb impression..??? Oh my god then I should warn Mark about this!"
There are many stories or wonders that exists in this universe still not known to us. Some may be real facts whose proof may even be destroyed due to some circumstances. But those may be witnessed by some persons and passed down to generations in the form of history or fairy tales. Well here is one such wonder am talking about today. “Nadi astrology”, it is form of prediction of your past, present and future life. “What?” I know this is the question that would pop into the head first. Yeah of course this stuff gave me goosebumps when I further tried to understand better. OK before getting into the depth of it let us brush some of its history. According to Hindu mythology it is believed that the lord chose 84000 sages guided by a leader called “Agathiyar” to write down the life of persons which includes the living, dead and those who were to be born. It is assumed to be the voice of lord to connect with human. These saints were assumed to be blessed with high consciousness to carry out this task. The manuscript were written in a language “vattaezhuthu” on palm leaves before 1500 years. These leaves are now preserved in Saraswathi Mahal, Tanjore, Tamilnadu. Not all men’s lives were pre-written, it contains of only those who are destined to know about their past. This tradition is now practiced in Vaitheeswaran kovil in Chidambaram district. A person has to present his thumb impression (usually right for men and left for women) and then the person is asked few questions. With this their respective leaf is fetched from the preserved area which contains your life history. Interesting right a leaf revealing a man’s destiny. It is believed that the prediction is accurate. The astrologer (usually whose able to read that language) with your leaf recites your past life, and information about your present life and prediction about what is going to happen in future. It is mostly based on the concept of karma. The evil you did in your past life which chases you in your current life. Who knows even you could have been the Hitler or Newton. I think that would be too much if I was the person who discovered gravity! Well jokes apart, it is believed that it speaks about your soul behavior not about the physical form which you reside in. Some of the leaves were auctioned during the British rule since they were said to possess few medicinal and alchemy records. The leaves, hidden in the secret chambers of temple were discovered and burned by the Mughals in 1540 during their invasion in Tanjore palace. That same night it is believed that Lord Shiva appeared in the dream of a Brahmin and asked him to go save the leaves before being destroyed. The Brahmin ran about 120km to protect them. It is then the man was blessed with the ability to read them and the skill was passed on generations to keep them in life. Now there are few frauds in the name of astrologers who practice this for money. Because of such people the name and value of this epic is degrading. But this is one magnificent thing that our ancestors have left us!
